THRILL THE WORLD SURREY
Thrill the World brings together 'zombies' of all ages and dance levels together to re-enact the Michael Jackson THRILLER dance in simultaneous real time together around the world. The event originally launched in 2006 with 62 zombies at "Thrill Toronto" and fueled epic worldwide excitement which grows in quantum leaps every year. In 2013 alone, over 6400 zombies in 22 countries around the world took part, breaking yet another world record. And now, for the first 2nd year ever, Thrill the World Surrey is here!
Thrill The World is a world wide event that takes place every October. It is a simultaneous Thriller dance that, aims to break the world record for the amount of people to dance to Thriller at the same time. However, Thrill The World is not just about a 6 minute dance to Thriller. It is also about bringing people in communities together, as well as humanitarianism.
And it is a whole lot of family friendly fun.

FREE CLASSES & PRACTICES!
Can’t dance or don’t know the dance? No problem! Anyone can come and learn the dance at upcoming practices happening throughout Surrey prior to the October 24th event. Practices and Event By Donation, Supporting The Surrey Food Bank
Zombies of all ages and dance levels can participate in Thrill the World Surrey by donation and all proceeds will go to support the Surrey Food Bank. As a non-profit, charitable organization, the Surrey Food Bank is able to operate only due to donations of money and food. These donations come from individuals, organizations and corporations and fundraising efforts like this event. They receive no government funding so The Surrey Food Bank depends on fundraising efforts like these.
